The Items I sell are specialty items, made for me or are special orders. I don't carry allot of 'stock on hand', so please take note of IN STOCK or ON ORDER items. (this is subject to change without notice) If you have placed a order for an Item that is no longer in stock, and you don't wish to wait, you may receive a full refund.

SHIPPING: charges will be automatically charged upon check out. All items are shipped Insured Priority mail. FED-EX can be arranged for special delivery. In this case do not use check out but e-mails items wanted and zip code to receive an invoice.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: New feature you can now use the regular check out buttons, Please make sure to add your phone number to all transactions.

REFUNDS/RETURNS:
New Items, or faulty items may be returned in unused condition within 10 business days of the item(s) Arriving at your mailbox (tracked by shipping date) for a full refund or exchange.
All items MUST BE RETURNED by USPS priority, Insured mail, FED EX or UPS Insured and accompanied by the return form. If you did not receive a Return Form CLICK HERE to print one.

Items returned dirty, or damaged by incorrect usage, or returned after the 10 days WILL be subject to a 10-50 % restocking /cleaning fee, or may not be eligible for a refund at all. If you are planing on returning item and you are close the to 10 days please call me and let me know the item is being returned promptly. All al items should be placed inside a bag before going in the box to help keep them clean and dry.

NOT RETURNABLE ITEMS:SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS, USED/CONSIGNMENT, ITEMS, VIDEOS, BOOKS, DVD's, SUPPLEMENTS, LEATHER CLEANER, BATH AND BEAUTY ITEMS THAT ARE LIQUID OR POWDER. EBAY SOLD ITEMS THAT ARE NEW CAN BE EXCHANGED ONLY.

TAGGED ITEMS: BRIDLES/PADS/HALTERS: RETURNS MUST HAVE ANY ORIGINAL TAG ATTACHED. REMOVING TAG, OR TAMPERING WITH TAG, WILL VOID YOUR RETURN.

CHANGE YOUR MIND?? You can receive a refund PRIOR to item shipment, but it will be minus any on-line /Credit card fees that I have incurred.

EXCHANGE ITEMS: must be accompanied by $5.00 for shipment of the exchange item, if it is small and $9.00 for large (bridles) or heavy items (bits, stirrups).
WHITE BRIDLES/ITEMS: Keep white items in bags and only try them on a clean horse!
CREDIT CARD NUMBERS: Credit card numbers and personal information, is not kept on file, or shared with anyone. When you use the secure checkout I cannot even access the credit card numbers.
