ORDER NOT RECEIVED?? If you have not received your order in 20 days and have not heard from our company, its possible that your invoice was not forwarded to us from the online Credit card company. SHIPPING:

SHIPPING TIME: ORDERS SHIPPED United States Postal Service (UPS), Insured, Priority or Global Priority Mail (3 day) Most orders are shipped out within 3-7 days of receipt. Arrangements can be made to ship items Express mail or Fedex, but making your order by phone 48 hours in advance. But we do not offer air or media mail services.

SHIPPING CHARGES: postage has gone up, Rates/Charges are automaticly calculated by a program and are based on amount spent, not by the item.

If the management notes you have been charged excessive shipping, the overpayment will be re-credited to your card. After a short amount of time to make sure no part of your order is being returned.

In Some cases, generally large heavy items, the shipping charged is not enough and we will have to charge an additional amount.
